About Turtle's Edge

Our Story

Turtle's Edge started with a simple frustration: why is family software so complicated? We wanted apps that helped us organize our household without requiring a manual, selling our data, or nagging us to upgrade.

So we built our own.

We're a small, family-run company. No investors to satisfy, no growth targets to hit, no compromises to make. We build software the way we think it should be built: simple, accessible, and respectful of your privacy.

Why "Turtle's Edge"?

Turtles are steady. They take their time. They carry everything they need. That's how we approach software development. We're not racing to ship features or chase trends. We're building tools that work well and last.

The "edge" is where interesting things happen—where land meets water, where ideas become reality. It's where we like to be.

What We Believe

• Privacy is a right, not a feature. Your data belongs to you. We don't collect it, analyze it, or sell it. Period.
• Accessibility is not optional. Every app we make works with VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, and high contrast modes. Everyone deserves software that works for them.
• Simple beats complicated. Our apps do one thing well. No feature bloat, no confusing menus, no tutorials needed.
• Families are diverse. A "family" is whoever you live with and care about. Our apps work for all of them.
